Discernment counseling is brief and designed to move you from “stuckness” or ambivalence into making a decision about next steps in your relationship. This process is suited for so-called “mixed agenda” couples in which one person is leaning out of the relationship and the other person is leaning in. The goal is to reach a decision about what happens next: stay the course, enter a separation or divorce process, or agree to attempt reconciliation.
You begin with two individual sessions followed by 1-3 longer joint sessions.Cost: $300 per hour. The first two individual sessions (45 min) are $225 per session. Joint Sessions are typically 90 minutes long ($450). Maximum of 3 joint sessions. Total cost estimate: $900 to $1,800.

For families in a collaborative divorce, I mediate, guide and support you to place the children and the family as a whole at the center.
The collaborative model is a streamlined, out-of-court process built around two consulting attorneys. Your team may include a financial neutral.
As the Family Transition Specialist, I will mediate and draft the parenting plan and, in some cases, facilitate the overall process. I coach to ready you for the table negotiations and successful co-parenting. (Hourly Rate $300)

I provide mediation services for families who want to work collaboratively to resolve the financial and family aspects of their divorce or post-divorce modifications. For those who reach a complete settlement, I can prepare the court papers and file the “stipulated” judgment and supporting documents with the court to finalize your divorce or modification. (Hourly Rate $300)
